Our Founder
Bagus Rahman, S.H., M.H., is a legal professional with a solid educational background and extensive experience in the field of litigation. He earned his Bachelor of Laws degree from the Islamic University of Indonesia in 2017 and pursued a Master of Laws at Gadjah Mada University, completing it successfully in 2020. Currently, Bagus Rahman is pursuing a doctoral degree in law at Brawijaya University, demonstrating his commitment to advancing knowledge in his field.
Bagus Rahman has achieved recognition by completing a legal auditor certification accredited by the National Professional Certification Body (BNSP), adding a professional dimension to his expertise.
Having commenced his litigation career right after obtaining his undergraduate degree, Bagus Rahman continues to sharpen his skills and knowledge in the world of litigation. His focus encompasses commercial litigation, including dispute resolution within the realms of corporate law, banking law, bankruptcy law, mining law, and intellectual property law. Additionally, in the realm of public law, he practices in administrative law and has experience handling cases related to corruption and money laundering.
